Jonathan Pavkov
Founder & Managing Partner
Jonathan Pavkov is a supply chain design and data science expert based out of Columbus, Ohio. He is also a real estate professional with extensive experience in real estate investing and brokering.
Jonathan leads the supply chain design team within SCR Group and works alongside analysts and engineers to assist companies in bridging the gap between analytics and their real estate needs. Jonathan has led teams of analysts in supply chain design at DHL Global, developed teams of data scientists in corporate finance at Nationwide Insurance, and worked as a CPA creating financial analytics and reporting for real estate developers in the Ohio market.
Jonathan graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Accounting and MIS. He currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, three children, and dog. Jonathan enjoys cycling and reading.
Paul Bugenstein
Chief Engineer
Paul Bugenstein, considered by many as a leading industry expert, is a logistics executive who has spent more than four decades designing complex supply chain solutions for large and small firms all over the world.
In his current role as Chief Engineer at SCR Group, Paul oversees supply chain design studies and utilizes software he has developed from his time in the industry to save companies both time and money. In his previous roles, Paul served as the Global Transportation Practice Lead for DHL Supply Chain Design while leading the North America Transportation and Network Design team for more than fifteen years. In his extensive career in the industry, he has worked at a variety of companies in the logistics and supply chain industries as well as a consultant for major 3PL firms.
Paul graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Transportation & Logistics. He has three grown children who live across the U.S. and he currently resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife. In his spare time Paul travels, builds bicycles, cycles, and enjoys walking his dog.
Jeff Tyndall
Real Estate Advisor
Jeff Tyndall is a real estate investor, commercial real estate broker, and business founder based out of Columbus, Ohio with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Jeff is a co-founder and principal at Forty North, a commercial real estate firm with a focus on industrial warehouse/flex and medical office sales, leasing, construction, and investments. He also serves as an advisor at SCR Group on the real estate component of center of gravity studies helping clients better understand their current situation while anticipating their future needs as it relates to supply chain. He is the Founder & Principal at Reafco, an active multi-city real estate investment brokerage based out of Columbus, Ohio, and he has also held positions at Borror Development and Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield). His career in real estate sales and investing began after earning an Ohio real estate salesperson license at the age of 18 and purchasing his first investment property in the University District in Columbus, Ohio.
He is an extremely active member of his community where he volunteers as a coach and mentor to high school and college-aged students. Jeff lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and their two children. He is an avid snow and water (slalom) skier, golfer, and winter traveler.

Travis Rhyan
Investor & Advisor
Travis Rhyan is a serial entrepreneur that has dedicated his life to leveraging technology for the betterment of the logistics, transportation, real estate, and organic farm industries.
Travis serves as an investor and advisor at SCR Group where he provides a unique perspective in supply chain design by utilizing focused software and technology resources to help them our clients better understand their footprint and maximize their business of delivery. Travis has an extensive background in business development including being the founder and Chairman of Pono Foods, based out of Maui, HI, and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at FreightWaves. Previously, Travis has started multiple transportation companies, specializing in brokerage TMS technology (GlobalTranz), Supply Chain Visibility (10-4 Systems), and Data delivery (SONAR). His most recent startup sold to Trimble (TRMB) in 2017.
Travis Graduated from Miami University with a degree in Engineering and a focus in Advanced Mathematics. Travis splits his time between his 100% off-the-grid organic farm in Maui, Hawaii and his home in Columbus, Ohio. In his spare time, Travis enjoys living off of his land in Maui, snow skiing out west, and hiking mountains in the beautiful state of Colorado. Travis is proud to be able to live his life in a Carbon Neutral (Net-Zero Carbon) manner.
